Introducing a novel concept from Metro Deco's established clients, Momoto embarks on a first-class culinary adventure, offering a collision of traditional and contemporary premium Japanese sushi experiences. The meticulous fit-out mirrors this unique blend. Collaborating closely with Melbourne-based designers, Metro Deco intricately assembled every aspect of the project, incorporating custom-made joinery, fabrics, blinds, curtains, ceiling panels, and furniture. To add an extra layer of sophistication, imported vinyls from Europe were used, seamlessly covering the floors and elegantly wrapping around the sushi train, creating a space that captures the essence of Momoto's Japanese flavors and culinary innovation.
