Phuong Nam is a familiar favourite in the heart of Western Sydney, and this new build reflects the heart and heritage behind the brand. Featuring a full-scale commercial kitchen with a cool room and freezer room, this restaurant was delivered with branding front of mind.

We worked closely with the client and designer from the very beginning to bring their vision to life — even custom-making elements after handover, like bespoke shelving for their lucky cat and red lighting tailored for feng shui. Every detail was considered in creating a space that feels like home to its loyal following.
