Phuong Nam was delivered as a complete hospitality fitout in just five weeks, transforming the tenancy into a warm and inviting dining destination that balances traditional character with contemporary craftsmanship. The project included a fully equipped commercial kitchen, coolroom and freezer room, alongside a carefully considered dining space designed to create an authentic customer experience from the moment guests enter. In addition to the fitout, Metro Deco also undertook the CAT1 underslab trenching and hydraulic works after the shopping centre was unable to accommodate the programme, demonstrating our ability to step beyond the traditional builder's scope and deliver critical infrastructure works to keep projects moving.
While many of the project's complexities remain hidden behind the finished product, every detail was carefully coordinated to achieve the designer's vision.
