Shabuway began with a challenge from one of our long-standing clients – deliver a 400m² hospitality fitout in just four weeks, with virtually no preparation or lead time. A project of this scale would ordinarily allow months for planning, procurement and construction. But when a tenancy carries more than $1 million in annual rent, every week spent behind hoarding represents significant lost revenue. The programme wasn't simply a construction target – getting the doors open as quickly as possible was a commercial priority.
