Shabuway is a brand new concept built around freshness, balance, and mindful dining — a modern take on traditional shabu-shabu with a health-conscious twist.

Developed by a long-term client, this venue reimagines his previous space into something entirely new. In just under four weeks, we completed a full strip-out, rehabilitation, and fitout — incorporating a mix of retained features, custom joinery, and direct coordination with the client’s preferred suppliers to bring the concept to life.

From layout to materials, everything was tailored to support a dining experience that feels clean, contemporary, and nourishing — a reflection of where the F&B space is heading, and a testament to adapting both the offering and the build to match.
