Sushi Hub Five Dock marks another successful delivery in Metro Deco's long-standing partnership with Sushi Hub, bringing our total to almost 70 completed stores for the brand. Designed by Avance Design, this street-front tenancy was delivered in just five weeks, continuing a relationship built on consistency, reliability and the ability to deliver high-quality fitouts across a national rollout programme.
Beyond the internal fitout, Metro Deco managed a comprehensive scope of works extending well beyond a typical hospitality project. This included all CAT1 services such as mechanical, fire and hydraulic works, underslab plumbing including the installation of a new grease pit, electrical distribution board relocation and upgrades, together with the coordination of all associated authority approvals and trades. By managing every aspect of the project under a single contract, we provided the client with a seamless delivery process, ensuring the store was completed on time, on budget and ready for operation from day one.
